David Cohen - Principal
David has over twenty years’ experience in human capital development in the corporate, community and education sectors. For the past ten years David has specialised in capability development in the APS, with particular emphasis on capability frameworks, performance management, and leadership and teams. He has extensive experience and finely honed skills in facilitation, training and coaching and he is a popular and sought after presenter. David is an accredited Whole Brain ThinkingTM facilitator.

Dr Katie Cohen - Director
Katie is LINK Learning’s academic arm, with particular interests in emotional intelligence, work-life balance, managing priorities, stress and resilience, ethics and values in the workplace, and improving workplace communication.
Katie’s primary scientific interest used to be Zoology; however, she has broadened her research in recent times to include various Behavioural Science issues in the corporate sector and specifically in the Australian Public Service.

Phil Lancaster - Consultant
Phil was recruited in 2010 by LINK from the APS because of his excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and his extensive training experience (including 5 years overseas). His firsthand knowledge of the APS and his gift of communication have proven to be of immense value to LINK in the design, development and delivery of training and professional development for APS staff. Phil is an accredited Whole Brain ThinkingTM facilitator.

Richard Price - Business Manager
Richard has many years of experience in the fields of administration and management and has worked in the private and government sectors at various levels of responsibility, both in Australia and in Germany.

Eric Frith - Client Manager
Eric’s career has taken him into many interesting roles, including School Principal, choir master, administrative officer in the APS, hospital wardsman, and teacher in charge at a one teacher country school. His polished client coordination skills are being put to good use by LINK, with management of our capability development programs within the APS.
