LINK Learning Pty Ltd was established in August 2004, as an HR Consultancy focused on the capability development principles of Leadership, Innovation, Networks and Knowledge.
Our vision is to assist people, teams and organisations to reach and operate at their full potential.

A number of factors set LINK Learning apart from other Canberra based providers:
- LINK has a perfectly balanced team, with a unique range of Education and Training experience in both the public and private sector here in Australia and overseas. LINK staff have memberships to a number of Professional Bodies, including the Australian Institute of Management, the International Coach Federation and the Australian Human Resources Institute.
- LINK tailors all material to suit the needs of the client. Although we are able to deliver ‘off the shelf’ products, we much prefer to develop all materials in collaboration with our clients.
- LINK adopts a holistic, integrated approach to meeting the needs of our clients. As an example, LINK included the opportunity for individual coaching within an executive development training program for the ABS. LINK has also undertaken significant work for Defence, involving, among other things, the development of a capability framework with links to existing HR processes.
- LINK was one of the first HR Consultancies in Canberra to offer HBDI profiling and Whole Brain workshops to our clients. Our understanding of Whole Brain Thinking (all of our facilitators have been through the HBDI accreditation process) adds value to our work, and forms the foundation for our approach to the design, development and delivery of workshops, training and coaching.
- LINK has made a strategic decision to stay small. This enables us to provide a level of personalised service, of the highest quality, which larger firms are unable to offer. We are also able to realise significant cost efficiencies, which we then pass on to our clients.
